Welcome to
The Celtic Tossers

What started out as a couple of guys in a field throwing axes at a rough home-made target for fun has turned into us wanting to spread the love of throwing sharp things at wooden targets in an exciting new activity for all of the family.

We started testing the waters at a variety of festivals in Cornwall with a mobile set up. This is something we hope to continue in the future but for now we are concentrating on the MUCH drier form of indoor axe throwing.

Having had an indoor range in Truro, Cornwall for some time we have decided to take the Tossers across the Tamar and invade Plymouth in our brand-new (much larger) axe throwing range in the centre of town.

Amazingly fun, friendly staff, good music, more safety! Amazing time, amazingly friendly young guy looking after the place and his music choice was amazing. I feel like more safeguards could be in place however...

Fun experience We had great fun knife and axe throwing. Had a bit of coaching, played a few games. I was dreadful at it but still had a great time and my husband was surprisingly good so he had a great time. It was just the 2 of us in the place for £40 for the both us which I thought was well priced and because it was just to the two of us, we had plenty of throwing time.

Great fun hour spent Had a great fun hour axe throwing. Sorry can't remember name of our coach - young lad. Visited with our two adult daughters and partners. Really good fun and well worth a visit.

Highly recommended experience! Really addictive and fun experience! The owner/instructor was really informative and attentive without being overbearing, making sure you had a fun experience while also being incredibly safe. We were there for an hour but time flew by. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

Axeciting Laid back atmosphere, staff helpful and just an all round great time. After a quick safety briefing we got stuck straight into it. Thoroughly recommend.

Fun new experience! Really nice. The owner was lay-back but patient because neither me or my partners has done axe throwing before. Well worth the money!

Fun So much fun! Good instruction from Alfie that left us with many a bullseye. Would highly recommend an unusual experience.
