Our Philosophy

At The Celtic Tossers we believe in offering an awesome experience every single time.

Our 1 hour sessions will include having a very talented Master Tosser with you for the duration to give you all the tuition you need to make sure you have the best time possible!

To make sure you always get a good amount of tossing time we have a maximum of 3 people per target.

When you book for 2-3 people you get one target. With 4-6 people you get two targets.

Our Axes

You will start your session with our Ninja Axes (pictured above)
We made these ourselves as an easier but extremely fun way to introduce you to axe throwing. They also allow our younger customers (8+ years old) to successfully throw. After a little practise with these it’s time for some competition.

Then we switch it up and move you onto the larger hatchets. These are the axes you’ll use at any other axe throwing venue. These heavier larger axes provide a different challenge (but hearing that ‘THUD’ as your axe lands solidly in the target is incredibly addictive!).
We will teach you a number of different throwing styles and then on to some more competition to see who will be crowned THE GREATEST TOSSER!

To finish the session we will teach you some trick shots. You’ve thrown 1 axe but can you throw 2 or 3 at the same time.
